Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

For regional and remote rural areas, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

3. Shipping Rates

For orders under $100 AUD, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your dispatch confirmation.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for courier-related delays once the parcel has been dispatched.


6. Incorrect Address
