How to use

3. Place the pillow insert fully inside the pillowcase without forcing or overstuffing it.
4. Smooth the fabric gently across the pillow and check that the seams are not under excessive tension.
5. Sleep with your hair loose, in a low-tension style or protected inside a silk bonnet.
6. Wash the pillowcase regularly to remove hair products, skincare residue and natural oils.

Avoid going to bed with soaking-wet hair, as prolonged moisture and product residue can make silk require more frequent washing.

• Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent suitable for silk
• Do not use bleach, optical brighteners or harsh stain removers
• If machine washing, use a protective laundry bag and the gentlest cold silk/delicate cycle
• Wash separately from rough fabrics, hooks, zips and Velcro
• Do not soak for extended periods
• Do not wring or twist
• Gently press out excess water with a clean towel
• Spread the pillowcase fully and line dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place
• Keep away from direct sunlight and tumble drying

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $50 AUD. Tracking information will be emailed after dispatch.

Unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery when they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or slept-on pillowcases cannot be returned. Approved returns have no restocking fee; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
